You know that you should protect your data files with regular backups. But do you actually do it? UberNetworks' online backup service is secure and easy to use. You can safeguard all your files across multiple computers from hard drive failure, theft or fire in one easy step.

You may already know that hardware and software failures are common and can be costly. Our backup software routinely backs up versions of your important files to a secure offsite data storage location where all your data is stored in our facility in encrypted form.

  • UberNetworks' backup solution requires an existing UberNetworks internet connection installed onsite, or for the two services to be taken together (internet and backup)

What can I backup?

We allow most files types, with the exclusion of MP3 & avi file types unless specifically requested. This is due to copyright issues.

How often can I schedule my backup for?

We recommend once daily. However, you can schedule it for as often as you like.

What happens if I go over my allocated space?

In most cases we will know that you are nearing your limit and contact you to recommend another plan, or to help you change what you are backing u. If we don't contact you, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you.

How exactly does it work?

The UberNetworks backup service saves each revision of your files, so you can always restore any of the previous backed-up versions (up to 14 backed up versions prior to the most recent). Depending on how far back you've selected to go, at the end of that period our system does a "full" backup and the process starts again.
