Payment details
How can I pay my account?
We accept all major credit cards, Automatic Payment, Direct Credit, Cheque (for approved customers only) and if you pop into our office, Eftpos and Cash as well.
What will happen if my account is overdue?
If an account is overdue there will be a late penalty fee as well as the possibility of your account being suspended. Please contact us for any queries.
Can I make automatic payments?
Yes. You can either set up an Automatic payment via your Internet Banking or using the following details:

Or you can download our Automatic Payment form here. Please fill out the "Account Details" section, use your first initials & surname as the reference, and return to your bank for loading.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. To pay by credit card please contact us with the payment details
How can I see my account balance?
Currently you will need to give us a contact us. We are currently working on an online system for checking account balances
General settings
Here are typical settings that you may need in order to access some of our services.
Internet settings:
Primary DNS: 124.157.64.4
Secondary DNS: 124.157.64.5
No username or password is required to access our services. All these details are stored in the router provided by us at the time of installation
Email Settings:
Incoming mail server: mail.ubernet.co.nz
Outgoing mail server: mail.ubernet.co.nz
Please use your full email address for your username, eg This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

VoiceConnect Support

Computer troubles? Want to upgrade?
If you're having computer problems such as viruses or poor performance, UberNetworks sister company UberPC can help you out.
Give us a call on 09 438 5472 and the same friendly staff will be able to book a time to look at your computer for you, or alternatively you could bring your PC or Laptop in and we can take a look.
